Our flagship wine. Available in very limited quantities only released when the harvest is particularly high quality. Exclusively produced from areas of the vineyard over 40 years old lovingly cared for by our technical department throughout the year. The perfect synthesis of sophistication and balance. The wine is fermented in a tank made of French oak before being aged in an all-new French oak barrel for at least 20 months. Velvety and mid-bodied, its impact is made by its rounded tannins and ripe fruit.

Made from the vineyard’s oldest vines. Planted over 60 years ago, such a heritage is reflected in the depth of the ripe fruit.

Produced from grapes fermented whole with their must macerated for 25 days without temperature regulation. After being switched to new barrels, the wine is then aged for 20 months in French and American oak barrels. A final gentle filter produces a wine full of unique character only to acquire further depth over time.

Cherry red and highly intense with good depth.

Intense from the outset with highly complex aromas, opening up to reveal the raisin notes of overripe grapes with spicy wood, caramel and roasted coffee notes.

Strong initial impact with a strong, balanced body and harmonious tannins. Lasting in the mouth, the finish is dominated by the toasted notes, caramels and raisins.
